Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to some of the most common questions about Moringa our process, and how we work.
A venture studio, sometimes called a venture builder, develops several businesses in parallel. It funds them internally and builds them with its own teams, rather than backing external founders. Unlike an agency, we are not delivering work for a client and moving on: we conceive, validate, build and then operate our own digital platforms.
Neither. Our teams work exclusively on the studio’s own ventures, and we are not an investor, so we do not review business plans or proposals. Everything we work on is developed within the group.
Concepts are developed within the group and researched properly before anything is committed to. We examine the opportunity, look closely at what already exists, and test the assumptions the idea depends on. Not every concept moves forward, and identifying that early is one of the more valuable things the process does.
Launch is the beginning of the next phase rather than the end of the work. We continue to develop, maintain and improve each platform we operate, guided by customer feedback and how it performs in its market.
Our own teams. Product, design, engineering and operations sit together in the studio, and the same people take a platform from early research through to launch and everything that follows.
Dublin, Ireland. Our product, design and engineering teams work together from there, developing platforms for markets across the UK and Europe.
Current, well-supported technology chosen to suit each platform rather than a fixed stack. We use automation and AI where it genuinely improves a service, particularly in customer support and operational workflow.
